The Who “Substitute”

Expecting to hear a couple of riffs of this tonight at Xmas eve singalong (aka “Carolingalong”) from one of my musician pals. Apparently we were also on local cable last night - I’ll see if I can find a clip.

I can honestly say I had never heard this song until the School of Rock soundtrack.  I know.  I was forbidden from a lot of music as a child.  That said, I have listened to this song so many times, and OST are not so bad.
